Erica.
Managing Director.
Erica’s passion to provide a unique jewellery experience for all her customers has evolved over the past 30 years. She is a maverick when it comes to jewellery and is well known for being a trendsetter rather than follower. She firmly believes that jewellery is an extension of your personality and should be as individual as you are. As MD of the company she feels that these goals have been more than surpassed, resulting in Onyx becoming Nottingham’s most 5 Star reviewed business.
Zoe.
Manageress & Jewellery Appraiser.
Zoe joined Onyx in 2001 as a Saturday girl. After leaving college she started full time as a sales assistant. She has progressed through the company completing her Professional Jewellers Diploma and Gemstone Diploma. Zoe is a multifaceted member of the Onyx team as not only is she an experienced sales assistant, she is also Onyx’s wedding specialist, a qualified gemologist and is now the in house valuer having completed her examination of Certificate of Appraisal Theory back in 2013.
Emily.
Part Time Sales Assistant.
Our vivacious Saturday Assistant Emily brings her own creative flare & artistic eye and is a valued member of our multi talented team. She assists Annalise in our social media posts and photo shoots. Emily is also currently studying for her A levels at College.
