We offer a “Click and Collect” service for local shoppers.

Simply select "Pick Up” in the delivery section when completing your online order.

Once processed, please call us on 0115 9258744 to arrange your collection appointment.

At Onyx we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange your online purchase please see below on how to do so:

EXCHANGE:

There is no formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something we treat it like a return (please see below). You can then place a new order for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.

Alternatively, if you’re local to our Beeston shop, we can process an exchange in store.

To request an exchange appointment, please contact us with your order number.

REFUND:

You can request a full refund within 20 days of the despatch date. Please contact us with your order number to arrange a return.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
